"Thank you" Icu training and nicu training The content was very helpful 'but it could be improved by including more interactive sessions and quizzes and practice what we learned More access In the future, I would like to see more workshop-based follow-ups to strengthen practical skills, as well as access to specialist e-learning modules for deeper understanding, and Personally, I’d prefer less time spent on theory and more focus on hands-on practice, as that’s where the real confidence builds. Overall, it was a great experience.

What can be better? We are listening and using all feedback to improve immediately  while we deliver live during the launch and strategically plan  We noted/ 'heard" 1. Lack of engagement with evaluation 2. The online learning experience was generally good 3. The content was very helpful 'but it could be improved by including more interactive sessions and quizzes and practice what we learned 4. Some instructions and navigation were unclear; clearer guidance and simpler layout would improve the experience 5. In the future I would like to see more live workshops followup sessions and specialist e learning I would also prefer fewer long lessons and more short 'clear and focused learning session 6.More audio viusual and less in lecturing We Did 1. We have included some somali on the evaluation  2. Further review.  Excellence as standard. 3. This delegate has yet to complete online so we are waiting to see and keen to hear the experience. We will retain what works and build ideas into our strategic plans. 4.  Review instructions and navigation and guidance. Language already being worked up by EAH at testing level to apply for funding to enable translation.  Further data on layout and ideas sought from wider group during listening and co-design phase 1. 5. We will look at funding for further LIVE in person and online workshops and specialist lectures from current experts and researchers around the world. (for those with a vein) 6.As the programme progresses we will have different days for differnt needs. All the lectures are available online.  Full days sometimes include lectures.
