About the Course

Vein High Performance is designed for practitioners who already have experience, but need a clear route for updating their practice when a new device, cannula route or organisational process is introduced in their hospital.  Direct Access or Halo Centre 100 Unit minimum purchase for voume rates. The course gives access to QR-linked demonstrations, quick refreshers, masterclass content and optional deeper support. It can be used as a short skills update, a structured device-change route, or part of a wider organisational training and competency process. Your organisation decides how this course is used locally. Some practitioners may only need a quick update. Others may be asked to complete additional knowledge checks, practical assessment, video-based skills performance or certification steps.       

How we train online

We are VeinTrain Sarah Phillips is Founder and Training Director at VeinTrain. Together with the VeinTrain team, she helps practitioners, trainers and organisations build confidence in venepuncture, cannulation and practice-based learning. With years of healthcare, training and implementation experience, Sarah understands the practical challenges faced by professionals who need to learn, teach or update clinical skills safely. Depending on your route, you may have access to your own simulator, the Online Skills Lab, structured learning resources, course materials and support options. Live sessions, in person or online, may also be added where they are part of your organisation's package or learning route. Clinical competency sign-off remains with your employer or local organisation, but VeinTrain can support the learning, practice, evidence and trainer development that sit around it.
